About Me

I’m a product strategist and the founder of ENSO concept, a bureau that brings together marketing, industrial design, and engineering to create coherent and commercially sustainable products.

My background spans sales, marketing, project management, and over a decade in developing complex dispatching and control-room furniture. This combination gives me a holistic understanding of what makes a product viable — the market logic, user needs, functional clarity, production feasibility, and the economics behind every decision.

Today I lead product development projects from the first hypothesis to the pilot batch, coordinating designers, engineers, and suppliers to turn ideas into manufacturable, market-ready solutions.

We convert the approved design into a manufacturable product: SolidWorks models, detailed assemblies, tolerances, materials, technical documentation, and supplier-ready specifications. We evaluate production technologies — metal fabrication, machining, plastics, extrusion, casting, prototyping — and adapt the construction to match capabilities, lead times, risks, and cost targets.

Our engineering process includes BOM creation, DFM/DFA review, supplier feedback loops, and pilot builds to validate the product before mass production. You receive a complete, production-ready package that minimizes risk, reduces waste, and ensures smooth industrialization.
